The Khandala plant of Parekhplast India is one of the major suppliers to Asian Paints Limited (APL), the largest paint company in India. It achieved a Green Channel certificate for its supplies to APL from this plant. This means that the quality level and reliability of the goods produced from this plant of Parekhplast is so high, that the goods will be taken directly online for filling in the APL plants, without any incoming checks. This was achieved through consistent improvement in process and by systematic adoption of FMEA techniques and involvement of all people.
